Fees

Individual counselling sessions (60 minutes) – $150

A free 20-minute consultation is available for new clients. This is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what you are looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Session Format

Currently offering online counselling only. All sessions are conducted through a secure, encrypted video platform that meets Canadian privacy standards (PIPEDA).

Insurance

If you plan to use extended health benefits, please check with your provider regarding coverage for Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). Many extended health plans in Canada cover Registered Clinical Counsellors.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance when possible. This helps me offer that time to others who may be waiting. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.
